These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Trove (“Trove,” “we,” “us”), operated by Marissa Meyer Media. By creating an account or using Trove at gettrove.vip you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Trove.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live, if higher) to use Trove, and the age of majority in your state to buy a paid plan. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure; sign-in links are tied to your email, so keep your inbox secure and let us know of any unauthorized use.
Trove helps you catalog your closet, plan outfits (including AI-assisted styling), and share shoppable look pages. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You own the content you add. To run the service you grant Trove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating Trove for you — for example, saving your closet and, when you publish a look, showing that public page. When you publish a look you additionally authorize us to display it publicly to anyone with the link until you delete it. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared publicly and residual backup copies as described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law.

We may remove reported or violating content and suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Trove links to third-party stores. We are not the seller. Prices, availability, product accuracy, purchases, shipping, returns, and disputes are solely between you and the store. Links may earn commissions (Trove’s, or yours on the Creator plan). Creator-plan users are solely responsible for complying with their affiliate networks’ agreements and with FTC and other disclosure requirements; Trove adds #ad markers to published pages as a courtesy, which does not transfer that responsibility to us.
Styling suggestions, item recognition, and extracted details are automated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for convenience only. Always confirm item, color, size, availability, and price with the retailer before purchasing. Trove isn’t liable for decisions made in reliance on AI output.
The Trove name, logo, app, design, and content (other than your content and third-party content) are owned by Trove and protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any right to our branding except to use the app as intended.
We respect intellectual-property rights. To report content on Trove you believe infringes your copyright, email hello@gettrove.vip with the URL, identification of the work, your contact info, and a good-faith statement. We’ll respond to valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers. (Formal DMCA-agent registration: pending — placeholder until filed.)
You can stop using Trove and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, to protect the service or others, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms) survive.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding third-party stores, products, links, or AI output, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trove and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Trove in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Trove harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or (for Creator-plan users) your affiliate activity and disclosures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Trove agree to resolve disputes in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue. (If you prefer binding arbitration and a class-action waiver, that language can be added on a lawyer’s advice.)
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we’ll post the new version here, update the date above, and where appropriate notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
